The inventory integration enables a copy of inventory in ONE-EIGHTY to be accessible to Gubagoo. This allows ChatSmart clients to better answer consumer questions and suggest inventory accurately and efficiently via ChatSmart’s 24/7 Managed Chat Service.
The lead integration allows ChatSmart leads to automatically be sent and entered as a customer record in ONE-EIGHTY.
